Incorrect information on credit report Account terms Oregon

I paid off the Ray Klein on my credit report. I have contacted them many times asking for physical proof of satisfaction as well it to be reported as paid on my credit report. It has been months and they are saying they will do whatever i ask but refuse to give a timeline. it has been almost two months with no action.
