I am currently have a Pick-a-Payment loan with Wells Fargo and am trying to modify. - -, 2015 our home was struck by lightning and as a result we have no A/C ( in Florida ) and few appliances are working. I received a check form the insurance company but Wells is not cooperating in getting the funds distributed in-order to make repairs. Again, we 're Florida and have no air conditioning.
