They charged me interest when my balance was negative, telling me that if I pay late, they can charge me interest for two months after my balance is -. Charging interest the first month makes sense - I pay late, so they charge interest. But I paid not long after the due date, and then the balance was not just -, but negative. They told me they can charge me interest anyway, for two months. I am not worried about the money per se, just that it is a fraudulent practice that is hurting other people, as well.
