I called - in - 2010 that I wish to discontinue my service. They told me they would send me a box to return the receiver. A couple of months passed and I never received an authorization to return the receiver and I did not use my - service after -/-/2010 since they told me I was paid up through that date. They began calling me to collect in - 2010 and I will not pay the $180.00 balance since I do not owe it. They have reported this on my credit. I need this taken off since I do not owe it.
