My account was set up on autopay for AAFES. The balance to be taken out my bank account each month was -. My account was 30 days past due for - and was still set up on autopay. AAFES never drafted the funds from my account to pay my bill. According to their terms and conditions, we agree for them to call us regarding our account. I never once received a phone call, an email, or paper statement that my account was past due. This has negatively impacted my credit score for $28.00
