I am at the end of my short sale on my home. It is owned by - but is a - Loan, it was submitted through - and has been approved. I have several other liens on the property and although multiple attempts have been made and it has been made clear that this is a - loan and they are not giving anything to the Judgement liens on the property, I and the agent along with the real estate broker have been able to put some money together and pay some of the judgements in an attempt to settle for less then the original amount, however, - Midland Funding or - is not willing to take a penny less then the full amount plus accruing interest. The - position is not getting the full amount, hence the need for a short sale, traditionally they dictate the jr lien payoffs. I do n't know what else to do to get this passed through and my agent has run into a dead end. We have to close the sale by - - and I am out of options.
