Case number : - I submitted a prior complaint, case # above. central finance control ( tenet health ) agreed all items should delete, however they simply relisted a few days later. except now statute is also renewed. its clear on every attempt to talk with them that they have - fear of fdcpa, YOU or any other law or agency. my understanding of current statute is I may recover $1000.00 per tradeline. I 'm seriously considering this option. id like to give this one more shot first, - - -.
