Reliable Credit Association, Inc. Consumer loan department,
Vehicle loan Taking out the loan or lease Washington
Approximately -/-/-, I returned a vehicle to Reliable Credit due to the unsafe condition of the vehicle. The vehicle had a broken sway bar which prevents over response. or top heaviness when entering a curve while driving. Reliable Credit accepted the voluntary surrender of their vehicle and agreed stated they would contact me once the vehicle had been resold and payment arrangements between my self and Reliable Credit would be discussed. Approximately three months later, I called Reliable Credit to inquire of the status of the vehicle. It was then that I was informed they had sold the vehicle - and the account had been sent out to collections to - - -, ( in my opinion, an ambulance chaser attorney ). I received no calls as they had agreed, have no idea of what the lemon was sold for, and was told I owe in access of $5000.00
