Wanted to close my bank account @ - bank. I was told there is a fee for closing account of $50.00 to close the account plus other service fee. After being on the phone for 2 hours trying to get this resolved, I get the vague answer that within banking guide lines that they have to charge a fee. Got a run around where they have transfered my call - times and the - agent said they could waive the fees. I originally open this account -/-/- when it was - bank and now -
