I have a rush card. They claim to have had a system update 3 days ago which was only supposed to take 3 hours. It 's now going on 4 days and I have no access to my money. I missed worked today because I ca n't buy gas. I need groceries for my family. I call the customer service line and I get hung up on it told to call back. No answers.
