This is a follow-up to a previous complaint against UAS-. They asked you for 45 days to investigate, but they have turned the account over to a collection agency and ruined my daughter 's credit and mine as co-signer. She graduated -, 2015. She has a 6 month grace period. She is not working.She has no income. I have no income. We are destitute. Life really has no meaning.
