I received a letter from Portfoilo recovery on -/-/2015 claiming I owed a bill, I sent a written dispute along with their dispute letter. They claimed they did n't receive it, however with speaking to reps from portfolio recovery they stated my account was in dispute, however I received a second letter regarding the same claim to collect money for the same claim that is in dispute. I have sent copies of the original dispute letter to Operation Manager by his request on -/-/15 after speaking to him on the phone. He replied to my email that it would be forwarded to the Vice President of the company, this alone shows proof that I disputed this claim upon receiving the - letter. I have been called as well after disputing my claim. This is the 2nd time I have been contacted, once by phone and a second letter after submitting a dispute letter.
