Dear Sir or MadamThis is with regard to - credit cards that I have with the Bank of America. They are on behalf of -. A number of times in the past eighteen months I was charged a $1.00 fee for reasons I do not understand. Each time when I called, an agent removed them. When I questioned what the fee was for, I was told it was because I had a credit and I had not used the card that month. This is absolute nonsense! I pay a yearly fee for the card. There is no requirement that I use the credit cards at any time. Yet, one can see in the attached - bills, Bank of America charged me a $1.00 fee for each of the cards. Payments were not made late. There is no explanation as to why a fee was charged. I am wondering if Bank of America is charging a fee to other customers without justification. I believe this matter should be looked into. I awat your reply. Thank you.
