Non-federal student loan False statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount
Navient Debt collection department,
Non-federal student loan False statements or representation Attempted to collect wrong amount California
Navient hired - - - - to collect on a private student loan. - had previously stated in a Consumer Financial Protection Bureau complaint that I had filed that they do not save credit card information. Their statement was false and deceitful because I went online today to make a payment - online payment website and they had - different credit cards saved under my name and account information. - is intentionally misrepresenting that they do not save credit card information when in fact they do save credit card information as is shown in the attached .jpg file which I screenshoted to show that - does save credit card information even though they had previously stated in a prior CFPB complaint that they do not save credit card information. - is engaging in deceitful debt collection and misrepresenting their business practices which is a flagrant violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. - lied when they previously stated in a prior CFPB complaint that they did not save credit card information which was a flagrant lie and I have proof that they lied to me about it.
