Collection agency has accepted information to collect a co-pmt. from - - -. Not only have they turned it over to the Credit Bureaus ( - at the least ) and damaged my credit ; yet also have continued to call - daily ; or - time at the least. Once turned over to the Credit Bureaus it is not to be collect by them. Fair Credit Act ; Law..I believe. The same accounts are being collected by another collection agency. Which has worked with me to stop the collection calls now that I have told them it is Double Jeopardy '', Law, I believe ; only - Agency can collect a debt. Also, and I am complaining here against Rash Curtis - - along with other numbers. I lived with roommate and have since moved from the home number the roommate knows he has no right to share information. The ex roommate has told only that I do not use his phone number anymore and can not locate me for them.
