Ocwen mismanaged our loan documents. When we went to sell our house, they could not find a lien for 3 Months. This caused us to be homeless and had to live with no income for over 3 months. We have had issues caused by the delay. We have lost a years income and have suffered tremendously since this issue began. The loss we have is tragic, but they have also left us with an unsecured attachment to a loan that is for $24000.00 Anyone that wanted to lay claim to me for that amount could. I have no home as an asset, yet I could owe someone at any time. Because my lien was not properly entered into their system I was left holding a loan on my credit. They were responsible for getting the financial documents processed correctly. They have the ability to hold up someone 's life by their actions. This claim needs to be resolved. I do not believe I should have been treated this way by this company.
