BOA did not send records to the requestor, instead sent records to - County Probate, they in turn redacted and presented records to requestor that were erroneous and not full record. BOA as an institution should have records on all wire transfer of funds an - Account. Instead records have been suppressed, not presented under court subpoena and has allowed the Court Administrator 's interest and defrauding of the BOA - Account of decedent
