debt collector from - called my brothers home trying to collect a debt.they called him several times and where forced to give them our number, funny thing is in the last ten years we never reseaved a letter or call from them asking for payment.they have our old address and our new address, but they do n't have our number which we have had since 1997.when they called they refused to tell us who we owed this money - said it was from a debt collector but would never answer the question of who we owed it to.they expected us to just on faith pay the amount.after a long talk he finally said it was from capital bank.we had an account with capital and have paid them off but he said it was from a different account but would not give details.I told him harassing my family for our info was not called for and why did they never send us anything in the mail or call us.no answer
