I had an old payflow account that was activated in -/-/- for use again with eBay. It was not until - -, 2015 that I was shocked to see an invoice for a bill of $100.00. I was able to call in today - -, 2015 to inquire about the bill since I never used the account since activation nor was I notified of anything owed at the time of reactivation. I do not believe I owe any charges from the past nor do I consent to any unauthorized charges.
