This collection company has placed a debt on my credit report as paid, but I handled the debt with the original creditor, nit this collections agency. They should not have an account listed on my credit and need to delete this account because it is lowering my credit score. I spoke to someone there and asked them to delete it, but he yelled at me and said that they would continue to list it as paid on my credit report, even though this agency had no dealings with me and the payment of this account. The original creditor has forgiven the debt and continued my alarm services.
