I had a - year contract with - - beginning -/-/-. I switched carriers, I ported my numbers to - in - or -/-/-. This is well outside my two year obligation. I never signed another contract or extension with - -. I never received any bill from - - after my number was ported. The first that I knew that they had charged me an early cancellation fee was when their collection agency sent me a letter and a bill. - - wo n't speak with me because they say its been turned over to collections. I spoke with diversified, the collection company and they just say I owe ''. I wrote them and asked for any contract and or bills. They only provided the early termination charges/bill, they did not produce any written contract from - -. I know that I was out of contract and within my right to change carriers. None of the involved parties wants to work to fix the problem. Please help.
