I have made many advance payments on this loan, but they were incorrectly allocated. A Letter was sent to verify the accuracy of this debt but has not been responded to. I am requesting a full accounting of all payments made, copies of checks forward and back. The documents requested and answers to questions are needed to ensure the following. ~ That our loan has properly been credited, debited, adjusted amortized and charged correctly, that interest and principle have been properly calculated and applied to my loan, that my principle balance has been properly calculated and accounted for and that no charges, fees or expenses that I am not contractually bound to pay have been charged on my account. In order to validate this debt and audit my account, I need copies of pertinent documents to be provided and answers in writing to various servicing questions to be sent to me at the address listed on the account.
