Can't contact lender Tennessee
I had to close my bank account due to fraud commited. I contacted the payday loan company to advise them of my situation and to offer a settlement to close my account. I have attached the supporting email. I have never been contacted back by this company. I received a phone call today from a collections agency, - - -, - -, -. - - -, New York - Tel : - -- stating they are going to serve me papers on -/-/2015. I attempted to contact the - company with no response.
