Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Ohio

I contacted Mariner Bank requesting debt validation and they have yet to send it to me. I have however rec 'd - threatening letters telling me to get online and pay now or I will be hearing from their attorney. I asked them three times not to call me at work and three times they violated my request. I am not allowed to receive calls at work. Secondly I instructed them to stop calling anyone but myself to discuss this and on - -, 2015 - called a friend of mine in - - Texas after I specifically said not to. I have given them my contact information and told them to write to me and they still refuse to do so and seem to be using the bullying attempt. They are calling his house and they know I do n't live there. I am in financial bind currently due to having to leave a violent home situation and he will not give me my belongings..
