I had - for my television serivice and the payment was suppose to have been taken off my credit card. I also had - for internet service. - turned my tv off 5 different times over non payment. I told them it was suppose to be taken off my credit card. They told me to contact - which I did. - told me to contact -. It was back and forth and for some reason they could not resolve the issue of turning my tv off. After the 5th time I told them to take the - thing out and got - and have never had any problems. I explained to the collection agency and also contacted direct tv and have not had a response from either.
