My wife and I were customers of - -. The account was originally under my name, - -. In -/-/-, my wife was hired by a school district in North Carolina. She became eligible for a discount for - -. In -/-/-, we switched the account to her name, - -. This caused a change in accounts with -. - then charged a termination fee, which was then reversed. However, in - -, I received a letter regarding an unpaid debt from Diversified Consultants , Inc. on behalf of -. I contacted -, and they confirmed that my account was in good standing, with a zero balance. I sent Diversified Consultants a letter to state this. I never heard back from the company. I now received a letter dated -/-/- from Diversified Consultants, again trying to collect on this debt. '' All the while, I and my wife remained customers of - -, and have no outstanding balance or owed monies. I am being harassed by Diversified Consultants , Inc .
