Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting report or credit score Texas

I am unable to open a bank account due to information on file with Early Warning. -/-/- : Called Early Warning was told issue had to do with - - in -/-/- , but she couldn\'t tell me more until I had completed a consumer identification form with copy of the drivers license ; submitted both that day. ( I originally did not include my ss # on the form as I wasn\'t comfortable providing to random company asking for it. ) No confirmation, email, voice mail from Early Warning\-/-/- : Resubmitted consumer ID and certification form with SS # and drivers license\-/-/- : Received voice mail from - stating my request was received for processing and that it was just about done '' and should be

it was just about done, but now they need a copy of my social security card in order to mail file report. No one from Early Warning called/emailed me at any point to tell me they needed additional information ; I was originally told that all I need to submit was copy of DL, which I\ 've sent them twice.-/-/- : Called Early Warning spoke to -. Told that b/c I didn\'t provide my ss # in my form they now needed copy of my card. Explained I resubmitted form on -/-/- and had vm from - stating it was in progress. Then - tells me they need the ss card because when the \ '' ran - '' it came back with a different name. Which is it - - - in -/-/-, no ss # on first form or different name attached to ss #? -All communications with Early Warning have been initiated by me, I have provided requested information and documentation, each time they have an excuse for why the report is not sent and they\ 've given me - issues of concern ( if true ), but because I don\'t have the report I don\'t know what I\ 'm dealing with. None of this appears on my credit report from -, - or -. I log in to SSA.gov to review my report - nothing there either. How do I even know this is a legit company? I honestly don\'t know if I should send a copy of my card, but if I don\'t they will continue to prevent me from opening new bank accounts or bank loans. I have all emails and I also have the two voice mails left by -. This is past the point of ridiculous and it feels like a bank scam. I have proven who I am with my driver\ 's license ; address on form = address on drivers license = where to mail it.
