Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Hawaii

I receive phone calls from Dynamic recovery solutions LLC daily on both my home phone and my cell phone. When I have answered the phone and interacted with them they have told me they are a debt collection agency attempting to collect a debt. I track my credit report closely and monitor it due to being in the military and having a clearance. Every time I have talked to them they have tried to tell me they are attempting to collect a debt for a credit card that I never had for an exuberant amount. Most recently they told me that I owed - dollars on a - - - credit card that was opened in -/-/-. The earliest - - - card I ever opened was in -/-/- and I just closed the card last month paid on time and satisfactory. Dynamic Recovery Solutions refuses to remove me from their phone list and when I tell them they are violating Federal Collection laws, they hang up on me. The phone number I have recently been receiving the calls from is a California area code, even though their company address shows in North Carolina. -
