Afni Collections Agency reported false information to - and destroyed my credit score. They never bothered to contact me about any of this. I only realized the issue after my credit rating dropped - points. After calling them, they explained that the account was not even in my name. It turns out that Afni reported someone else 's delinquent account against my credit history. This is a clear case of defamation of character and Afni should be held liable.
