- - - - ( D.B.A. -, -, -, etc. ) continues to put my own name on my father 's nursing home invoices to annoy, abuse, and harass '' me, which is in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ). I did not co-sign and I did not guarantee my father 's nursing home care. These are not my bills.
