I was harassed by Title Max Corporation of Nevada, - representatives from the company ( - including branch manager ). These individuals came to my place of residence asking for payment, trespassed onto a gated company. Discussed my financial matter with a family member. The account had been delinquent for 15 days. Every employee continue to contact regarding a title loan that is currently in default. I started making my phone calls the appropriate departments and I am refusing to pay any more on a contract that 's violated FDCPA regulations -. I believe these individuals have been engaging in illegal debt collection policies and practices. Their engaging in loan agreements that surpass the allowed length of a title loan agreement.
