Since - -, 2013, Revenue Recovery Corporation ( RRC '' ) has been using my social security number and date of birth to report to the credit bureaus that I owe a debt that I do not owe to Jewish Hospital. I had notified RRC several of times that I was not a patient at - Hospital in - both verbally and in writing. I have had to clear off my credit reports at least two to three times because of RRC reporting false information. - Hospital has not responded to their inquire each attempt because I do not owe - Hospital in 2013.
