This company has ruined my life because of their dishonesty. They initially told me that it would be $600.00 on top of my garnishment to get out of default, an amount I could not afford. 5 months later that amount dropped to $160.00, which made no sense. When I asked if I had any recourse, if there was any - I could go to to dispute this, they blatantly told me no, I could not appeal. Had they quoted a manageable number to begin with, I would be out of the garnishment and would have avoided - I have made this year. I was not getting any of their communications - including the ones warning me of the garnishment. I had to tell them - times that my address had changed. Two days ago I asked if they could delay my payment 4 days. They agreed. I recorded the phone call as proof. It came out of my bank account as scheduled anyway. This will result in all kinds of fees.
