I informed them that someone opened this account at a address which does not belong to me or never resided at and advised them to validate and verify. First National Collections has also harassed me repeatedly outside of FDCPA guidelines via phone and I received calls from blocked # 's from their reps advising that my account was in their office and I am going to be sued ''. The lack of professionalism and ethics was incredible.
