Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement California

Midland Funding is currently reporting - collection accounts to all - credit reporting agencies. This is not my account. The accounts ( -, and - ) that were sold to Midland Funding are not my accounts. The - and - accounts were reported fraudulent/stolen and I was told they were closed when I originally discovered them. For some reason they were reopened and sold to Midland. I was never made aware of it. Midland has never sent me a letter advising me of the debt ( which would be disputed because they are n't mine ), nor have they called.
