On - -, 2015 my son and I made a cash deposit into our checking account at our bank at - - - - in - OH. It was - We deposited $2200.00 in cash. The ATM receipt showed we had only deposited $600.00 We were shorted $1600.00. I called the banking center. It was closed. I immediately called the after hours Customer Service phone number to report this. They assured me that they would investigate. I was assigned a Case Number ''. The bank made a provisional deposit '' the next day for a total of $1600.00 We heard nothing else from the bank until - -, 2015 when they debited the $1600.00 back out from our checking account. I contacted them this evening and the bank refuses to help me, saying that there is nothing further that they can do. I do not know where to turn. My family has banked with this company for over 25 years.
