My prior complaint regarding an unauthorized - - has transgressed into aggressive collection by a - - - North Star Locators -. My wife as well as my employer have now - received collection type phone calls regarding this erroneous account. I have received a letter from North Star telling me to respond within the next 30 days. This is my official response to them as well as -. I have not intention of contacting either directly as the error is on their side, I have not authorized any account in my name through either institution. Any phone correspondence should henceforth cease. The error has been previously acknowledged by - and the account was closed as a result. I previously requested some form of account validation and have received nothing but continued harassment for the past 6 months.
