On - l was injured at my ex employer - on the job in -.California. I purchased - - on - - because l was been paid in full in compensations than l was placed on Permanent - on - - as l -. l started receiving State - payments of around $- a month instead of my high salary of $- at my ex employerI have made contact with BMW Financial since my Injury and Financial Hardship and My Permanent - since - and Present. I explained my financial hardship and Retirement from Ex employer - for many years. I sent BMW Financial Hardship letters through fax and regular Postal mail and BMW Financial Management acknowledged and stated they will work and accept payments of $380.00 a month until l recover Financially. As of - - l have not recover from my Financial Hardship and will not recover Financially until - -. BMW Financial Management acknowledged on my Financial Hardship and has been accepting $380.00 a month and payments are always paid on time as l have been calling BMW Financial to set up - debit payments through my checking account with - to be deducted on the -


Financial Management did n't repo the car back in - and now in - - they want to take my car. I have been paying $380.00 a month and always on time. Also BMW Financial has been charging late fees from - and -. Bmw financial also wants me sign a Repo documents so they can take the car. I respectfully did n't sign.and l am continuing to make $380.00 timely payments as they agreed Verbally on the phone as Bmw financial records all my conversations. I requested BMW Financial to send agreement verifications in writing but they refuse. Why accept $380.00 for many months and than threatening me on the phone on - that you taking my car with legal actions and repossession. Bmw financial - Supervisor was very threatful and with unprofessional behavior on the phone.With respect she Discriminated and Retaliated against me because of my origin and - decent. When l told her respectfully that l was a Military Veteran and on Permanent - Lifetime.and on -. Bmw financial Supervisor unprofessional escalated and she slammed the phone as l was injured by her unprofessional attitude.She was upset Because l requested for a Bmw financial Manager to see if Bmw manager can review all payments of $380.00. @ month. She refuse to connect me with her Manager. Bmw financial has me in collections and demanding that l either pay a $1600.00 payment or $30000.00 for vehicle. I do n't have $30000.00 or $1600.00 dollars and never will have that kind of money. If l had that kind of money l would have pay for car and payments. I am on Permanent - Lifetime and Retired and on - for lifetime. I will send bmw verifications and documents by emails. Please tell Bmw financial that Military Veterans needs to be treated with respect and not Discriminate and Retaliate against no military veterans when any veterans or citizens files complaints with Federal Government. Urgent Matters.
