I have been defending this money they are trying to collect, -/-/-. I spend - of ours to keep them from reporting falls report repeatedly for amount that has been removed luck of verification many times from the - credit bureau. last year i file a complaint against and ... Bull City located at - - - -, -, NC -. My case went on till -/-/- ; My complaint to this agency did n't stop Bullcity from getting my score information from credit bureau, which is illegal for them to do, it is against FTC law, they did't care, so any time they found out my score going up, they report it back, an amount that once and many times removed by changing the date of the report or slightly the amount. On -/-/- negative report was reported as new complaint, even though, it was from -/-/-, - amount was reported two times to do more damage to my credit history. This is the same amount and case filed complaint to this organization - - - last year. I spent hours of my time seeking solution, there was non, it seems this collection department has a license to harass and rune innocent citizens life.If any body is out there similar problem with this collection agency please contact the FTC as soon as possible. I tried to use the 90 day freeze policy by the credit bureau for fraudulent report, They wait till flag time collapse, they use, affiliated collection companies to enquire about my score and credit history first, my score is high they foudout, then they report it as new, for the intention to reduce my score. It became personal, they are working for third party an enemy who is known to me, to create problems around me. I do believe they are hired. Without the help -, they will not have a chance to violate my rights, by law credit bureau should n't report an item once disputed and removed many times, but they did.
