Medical Communication tactics Used obscene/profane/abusive language Tennessee
I was contacted by - - with Common Wealth Fin. Systems regarding a debt from - 2009. I undated all of my information with her and verified all she asked. I then asked questions, what - was I seen in, what doctor treated me, etc. She stated she could only provide the information through email. I told her I only had a work email and could not proved it and asked how could I get the information I needed to verify I owed the debt. She repeated only through email and I once again explained I could not provide my work email for this matter. She began to get irritated with me and told me I was being ridiculous, and created an email only took two minutes. I told her not to speak to me that way and explained I was trying to help and get this matter resolved. She then hung up on me. I called the company back and was transferred to her. I told her who I was and why I was calling and without speaking, she hung up on me again.
