Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt resulted from identity theft Nevada
Common Wealth Financial has previously been notified that the debt is from Identity theft. They deleted it in from -, but on - -, 2015 they reinserted the debt in my - file. - different collection agencies reported the same debt on my credit files within 30 days. -/-/2015 - reported it. -/-/2015 Common Wealth Financial reported it. -/-/2015 North East Credit & Collect - inserted the same bad debt on my -. There is no way - debt collectors can have a legal right to pursue - bill at the same time with - of them listing it 15 days apart in the same month.. Commonwealth Financial has the - debt SEPERATED into - accounts instead of the total being listed once. I 've spoken to the original creditor they tell me it should be listed as - account number, NOT -. They 've separated it to do as much damage as possible to my credit scores. The same $1300.00 bill had been listed as $3500.00 in my reports. Why would they remove from - bureau then at a later date report it another?
