I had an account with - from -/-/- to -/-/-. I sold my house and called them to inform them I was cancelling service. They informed me I was no longer under a service contract and it would not be a problem. I thought the matter was over but I recently checked my credit report and discovered they were reporting a balance in the amount of $900.00. I called FIRST NATIONAL COLLECT and they informed me they did not have any details with the account. I then called - and they said it was due to early termination. ( I had this account for more than - years ) Then, they said they never received equipment that needed to be returned. I talked to a supervisor that said he would adjust the balance to $220.00. I called today and the balance is $900.00. I spoke to several reps with - and nobody can give me any answers. I need help in this matter because I paid the account as agreed.
