Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid Maryland

On -/-/-, I was involved in a car accident ( No fault of mine ), and was taken by ambulance to - Hospital. - years later, I 'm receiving phone calls, letters for collection. I went to court, won the case, and all hospital bills, were paid, by my attorney, and my government health plan. The records have been archived, and I told the collection agency about the records, being archived, and they are asking for payment, when they 've been paid. The debt, was removed from my credit report, and was put back on -/-/-. My credit scores, were in good standing, now they have dropped toa score I want removed and restore the previous scores. This company has violated the Fair Credit Collection Act, and I am thinking about suing this company for the aggravation and score reduction. Please have this removed, and I will pursue, taking action. Respectfully!!
