Today -/-/2015, I was instructed by - to conference them in with First National Collection Bureau - Inc. to confirm that I paid my agreed settled amount of $230.00 in full. The First National Collection representative, - -, confirmed that the debt was paid in full, but went on to say, to myself and the - representative, that I need to pay more than the settled amount. Is this legal for First National Collection to request more money, especially since this disputed debt exist due to - attempts to bill for an additional service that I never asked for?
