I requested written notification of my husband 's debt and they refused to send it to me. They stated they had already sent it out and they could n't send me another letter showing the information regarding the account. i.e. balance owed, original creditor, date account was opened ect .... I am really confused as to why they can not provide me with documentation regarding this debt. The rep that i spoke to kept saying they sent it via mail and that I should have it. I then stated to her to check her notes because I just changed the information on file earlier that day. She said Oh ok '' but still refused to send me any info and claims it was requested, but I still have not received anything. They refused to provide documentation and also stated they could n't send it until the bill was paid off.
