This is a collection agency that is trying to collect $11.00 from me that I believe I do not owe. After multiple attempts to request debt validation from this agency, it has failed to provide such information. It sent me an itemized list of charges ; however, no where on that list does it show that I owe anyone any amount. It also has failed to provide its license to collection in my state ( CA ). Additionally, this collection agency has referred my letter to its legal department. Since the very beginning of my conversation with this collection agency, I have stated that I am not refusing to pay ; however, I would like it to provide me sufficient proof showing that I have any obligation to pay any amount. So far, in my opinion, it has failed to do so. However, in order to keep my good credit score, I have already paid the amount in dispute as of -/-/15.
