Medical False statements or representation Attempted to collect wrong amount Florida

I received a email from this Agancy Voss & Klein collection agency, who I have no idea how they got my email address. The bill was - $ however the bill from the dental office was only - $ which I received a statement 1 week before the collection agency emailed me. I felt this company is illegally billing which they did last yes when I paid - $ for a - $ debt from the sane dental office. And would n't except a settlement amount from me when I asked for one. Please investigate this company. I pay my bill if their when the law and this bill is not.
