General purpose card Managing, opening, or closing account
FNIS (Fidelity National Information Services, Inc.) Prepaid card department,
General purpose card Managing, opening, or closing account California
To Whom It May Concern : When I try to access my prepaid rewards card account I am told that I must answer 4 security questions. First of all, none of the - - Q.s apply to me, and second, why would I share my personal info with a 3rd party, Fidelity National Information Services, which is not - Bank where I have an account and earned the rewards?!! In any case, this is more security than I have been asked for by any bank, and it only makes it much harder to use the card, so Fidelity National Information Services can subtract more fees, or force me to call to find out my balance ( which I need to use the card! ), and then be charged even more fees. It is common knowledge that these prepaid reward '' debit cards are a giant scam by the financial industry : I suspect that a large % of the value of these prepaid cards is lost by consumers due to these perverse tactics.
