This complaint is in regards to an - credit report. It involves a credit report inquiry on - -, 2014 in the name of CREDCO/CHASE ACCT RVW. I sent - letters to Credco/CoreLogic asking why my credit was pulled and what - - - Bank represented to them for permissible purpose to pull the credit report. I failed to receive a satisfactory answer and so I emailed Credco/CoreLogic. A representative by the name of -, at - called me. He explained that their relationship with - is automated and they receive nothing in regards to why the report was pulled. I asked what - represented to them that was permissible, and he said nothing, other than he could send me an explanation of what represented '' actually means, as there are different areas that would cover. I told him that I sent a letter to the address provided by Credco/CoreLogic, for - - - Bank, with an address in - T-. My letter was returned return to sender '' without explanation. He said it appeared there might be a suite # for the address, but that was cutoff based on what he was looking at in the system. He did give me a contact name of - - and phone # of -. I called the phone # and it is no longer in service. I left a message for - to please investigate further for accurate contact information. I have no clue why - - - Bank would be conducting an account review in 2014. The system of pulling a person 's credit report in this situation, without any permissible criteria or accurate contact information is worrisome. Please investigate both Credco/Corelogic and - - - Bank to get to the bottom of why they pulled my credit report. Thank you- -
