Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine California

I receive calls for a - - or - - on phone number I have had since 1970 's. I do not know and have never known anybody by this name. I have contacted - of the debt collectors and requested they remove me from their contact list. This works for a few months, then they are calling again. No notifications come to my address from these collectors, nor does this appear to be identity theft.
